POLICY

Items are delivered as of the two days (if your order is placed before 12 pm EST from Monday to Friday) or on a future date (pick delivery date calendar will appear at check-out once the full address of the recipient is entered). Please be advised that during certain peak times of the year because of high demand such as the holiday season two days delivery may not be available.

Local delivery time is between 8 am and 5 pm, although the vast majority of deliveries are made in the morning or early afternoon under normal road conditions. Please be advised we cannot know beforehand at what exact time your item will be delivered. We also do not accept requests for deliveries to be made a specific time.

We reserve the right to leave the items at the recipients door if no one is home, including between the front open entrance and locked access to an apartment or condo building, if you wish to have other delivery options please contact us before the day of delivery.

There will be an extra $16 plus applicable taxes for any request for a second delivery attempt and for every attempt afterward even if the first delivery attempt was free.

Please provide us with the correct name and delivery address of the recipient as well as a contact number where they can be reached.
